Women's Circle - Speaking your Truth May 30/2026 6:50-9:15PM

Gathered in a warm circle in Cordova Bay we create a safe container where each woman is invited to soften the edges of fear and judgment with presence and compassion. This practice is about more than words, it’s an embodied return to the throat center, where honest expression meets gentle courage. We use breath, guided prompts, and simple vocal exercises to unstick old patterns of silence and to strengthen the muscle of saying what we need, want, and feel. In this held space, every voice is honored; pauses, laughter, and tears are welcomed as part of the unfolding.

As we open the throat chakra together, we learn to distinguish between conditioned responses and our authentic inner language. The circle supports clear requests and boundaries, teaching us how to articulate needs without shrinking or attacking. Over time this practice ripples outward: speaking up becomes a daily act of self-respect, relationships shift toward reciprocity, and our collective voice grows more truthful and harmonious. Here, authenticity is practiced, nurtured, and celebrated, each woman returning home to the power of her own clear, compassionate expression.
